1. Pan-India Delivery Network

At Dhatu & Dhara (Shree Shanti Arts), we ship all our handcrafted solid wood furniture, brass sculptures, and artisan home decor across all pin codes in India through trusted surface freight and express cargo logistics partners (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Safexpress, and specialized furniture movers).

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • In-Stock Items: Dispatched from our Jodhpur central warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: Handcrafted and finished within 3 to 7 business days before dispatch.
  • Transit Duration:
    • Metro Cities & North India: 3 – 5 business days.
    • Rest of India: 5 – 8 business days.

3. Transit-Safe Multi-Layer Packaging

Given the precious and heavy nature of solid Sheesham wood and brass casting, every piece is protected with:

1. Foam & Bubble Wrap

High-density scratch protection for edges, corners, and wood polish.

2. Heavy Corrugated Box

7-ply impact-resistant outer casing designed for heavy furniture.

3. Wooden Crate Support

Reinforced wooden strapping for solid hardwood tables, storage & brass idols.

4. Real-Time Tracking Updates

Once your shipment is handed over to the courier partner, you will receive real-time notifications with your consignment / AWB tracking number via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You can also monitor the status directly via your order confirmation page.

5. Delivery Protocol & Inspection

We request customers to visually inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If the outer wooden crate or carton is visibly damaged in transit, please take photographs and record a video before unboxing to ensure seamless claim processing under our Exchange Policy.
